Pre-Event Instructions – Pirat Europeans 2025

Dear Sailors,

We are very excited to welcome you to Lake Lipno in just under four weeks for the Pirat European Championship!

As of today, we have 69 boats entered from 8 countries, and we expect more to join. If you know anyone who hasn’t entered yet, please kindly remind them to register using this link.

Entries close on 15 July, and this is a firm deadline. If you haven’t paid your entry fee yet, please do so as soon as possible.

The Sailing Instructions are now published on the Official Notice Board.  The Event Equipment Regulations will also be available there shortly. Event Socials Programme is published there as well.

The event catering will be open daily for breakfast and daytime snacks. As part of your entry fee, dinner is included and will be served after sailing each day.

Please note that our on-site camping is now at full capacity. If you received a confirmation email for your camping spot, your place is secured.Also, the camping fee is included in the entry fee for sailors only. Accompanying family members must pay the camping fee at the Race Office upon arrival, due to the local city tourist tax requirements.

For arrival, please use Gate A. If it is closed (for example, if you arrive late at night), continue straight and use themarina gate instead.

At the venue, please follow all instructions from the harbour master and event personnel.

• Campers and cars (prebooked spots only!) should be parked in Area 5.

• Tents and cars (prebooked spots only!)  may be placed in the area marked as 7, located behind the path.

• Trailers must be placed in a designated area assigned by the organizers. The exact location may vary depending on the number of trailers.

• Boats must be kept in their assigned spots within the boat park (the green area marked as 7).

We kindly ask for your cooperation and attention to organization—this is especially important as many Cadet and RS Tera sailors will be arriving soon to train for their World Championships.
